Services
HConcept offers event production services, furniture and equipment rentals, and venue spaces. All prices are provided by quotation only.
Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and signed contract. Payment terms will be specified in each quote.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of service and event date. Specific details will be included in your booking contract.
Liability
HConcept is committed to providing professional quality services. Our liability is limited to the amount of contracted services. We recommend taking out event insurance.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of HConcept and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
